Namati developed a practical tool that helps communities and health facilities engage in dialogue to systematise the main challenges and complaints regarding the quality and humanisation of health services. Through consultation with communities, health committees, and health workers, it supports the development of a joint action plan based on agreed priorities. The Mozambican Ministry of Health has adopted this approach nationwide, embedding community participation as a core component of the health system.
