Scaling with Community Partners

In addition to our direct work, we’ve developed a replicable model for community-driven health justice — one that we’re sharing with civil society partners across the country through training, mentorship, and collaboration.

Scaling with Community Partners

In 2019, Namati partnered with the Global Fund to design and launch its human rights program in Mozambique— creating comprehensive training materials and building the capacity of recipient organizations to support community health workers, grassroots health advocates and paralegals.
Since then, we've mentored 83 community-based organizations and trained over 1,100 new health advocates and paralegals across the country, extending our reach far beyond what we could achieve alone.

Our Community Partners

This partnership model strengthens the entire ecosystem working on health rights while preserving our grassroots approach.

“Our partnership with Namati Moçambique has been transformative - not just for our organization, but for the communities we serve. Over the last few years, we've helped people understand their rights to health, speak up for themselves, and demand the care they deserve. More than just implementing activities, we have helped build something lasting. What gives me hope is that even without funding, community members across all 13 districts of Gaza Province continue to show up as health advocates - because they’ve seen what is possible.”
